Jenelle Woodlief, Transformational Bodywork

Jenelle Woodlief is a Portland-based bodyworker and massage therapist specializing in chronic tension, nervous system regulation, stress relief, and integrative healing. With over 14 years of experience, her work blends structural bodywork, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Thai-inspired movement, and trauma-informed care to help clients reconnect with their bodies and find lasting relief. Jenelle’s approach is grounded in the understanding that the body is not broken, but adaptive. Many patterns of pain and tension are connected not only to muscles, but also to stress, overwhelm, burnout, and nervous system protection. Her sessions are designed to help clients move out of chronic holding patterns and into greater ease, mobility, and embodied resilience. Her work is especially supportive for people experiencing chronic pain, nervous system overwhelm, jaw and neck tension, postural strain, burnout, and stress-related holding patterns. She is passionate about creating safe, attuned healing spaces where clients feel deeply supported, seen, and able to reconnect with themselves. Jenelle works with people from all walks of life, with a special love for supporting caregivers, healers, highly sensitive people, activists, and those carrying the weight of chronic stress.
