Kaffae
It is a mistake to think that coffee is able to grow everywhere on Earth. There are many countries found within the tropics and each country is different. Aside from having different economic and political configurations, every coffee-producing country has a geologic history that characterizes the differing ecological terrains where the cultivation of specialty-grade coffee occurs. Kaffae clarifies this by correlating a coffee to one of sustainability’s three aspects (ecologic, politic, oeconomic). With every coffee offered by Kaffae the imperative is to not only describe the locality that a coffee comes from but also to display how the flavor of any coffee relates to a locality’s ecologic, politic, and economic conditions.

Wild Rose Ghee
We are a woman-owned and operated, small-batch, grass-fed ghee company based in the Pacific Northwest. Wild Rose Ghee takes to heart values that honor dairy cows, regeneration of our earth, our community, and one another.

These botanical ghee offerings are an alchemy of culinary decadence, Ayurvedic nourishment and ecological care, combining the spirit of vitality and sustainability into a versatile staple food for your kitchen creations. We gratefully source our ingredients from regional dairy farmers, herb harvesters and beekeepers who are dedicated to regenerative land and livestock management. Our intention is to create a nourishing, healthy staple food in the spirit of quality and sustainability, two pillars we consider non-negotiables in the future of our collective health and ecological wellbeing.

Our ghee is produced in small batches from traditionally cultured butter sourced from cows who live on green pastures, resulting in a nutritionally dense staple food gentler on the system than normal dairy & rich in vitamins and minerals. With traditional Ayurvedic practices in mind, we have mindfully selected each ingredient to ensure that we are providing the highest quality medicinal ghee that is commercially available. While our product is designed to be used as a staple food product and cooking oil, it is also medicinally crafted for certain indications and purposes.

Selva Design House
A design company based in Portland, Oregon, SELVA creates wedding and event flowers + designs that are organic, unstructured, unique and abundant with a focus on large floral and greenery instillations. Designs are inspired by the ever changing seasons; using flowering branches and daffodils for spring events, lush heirloom garden roses and cafe au lait dahlias in the summer and berries and grasses in the fall and winter. Owner, Sarah Blasi, has spent the last 20 years as a floral artist, focusing on using locally and sustainably grown flowers from her own small flower farm and other local farms. Sarah approaches every arrangement as though it were a sculpture, each piece intentionally added or removed, molded bit by bit, allowing the direction of the piece to be defined by both her hands and the medium itself. The result is something refreshingly organic and totally unique. She seeks out the best blooms for each special event or wedding, often jumping fences and trudging through forests and overgrown fields to find that perfect flower, fruit on the vine or blooming branch.
