Temple of Belonging Bio-Regional Gathering

September 23rd–27th, 2026
Camp Colton • Colton, Oregon

Each Fall, local women gather beneath the towering cedars of Camp Colton in the foothills of the Oregon Cascades for the Temple of Belonging Bio-Regional Gathering. For five days, we step out of the noise of ordinary life and into something older and more human: shared meals, embodied relating, meaningful conversation, deep wisdom cultivation, revival of ancestral creativity, grounded ritual, and rest in the forest. Temple is a village to be lived in together, not a retreat to be consumed. Here we practice the quiet, courageous art of belonging to ourselves, to one another, and to the living world around us.

Arrival: 8-11am on Wednesday, September 23rd

Affinity Spaces:

Throughout the gathering we will host optional affinity spaces where participants can gather in smaller circles with others who share a lived experience or identity.

These spaces are held with care and respect, and participation is always optional.

Affinity spaces include:

• Mothers
• LGBTQ+ participants
• BIPOC women
• Elders and younger women

These gatherings allow for deeper conversation, connection, and community within the wider village.

Makers Marketplace:

This year we will host a very small curated marketplace featuring handmade goods from women who are already attending the gathering. Rather than a large vendor area, this marketplace is meant to feel like a shared village offering.

Participants who wish to sell their crafts, herbal medicines, artwork, or handmade goods may apply to participate. Space will be limited.

What’s Not Included:

Morning Coffee &  Elixir Bar
Available for purchase. (Bring cash, or Venmo)

🎨 Materials Fees for Select Workshops

We are honored to welcome you to this gathering of heart, sisterhood, creativity, and renewal.

Whether you come seeking deep learning, meaningful connection, gentle rest, creative play, or quiet reflection, this village is yours to move through in the way that feels most true for you.

We look forward to gathering beneath the cedars together. 🌿

Cabins and Yurts will be booked separately in the spring, reserved 1st for elders and needs.

Scholarship applications open in April.

Is This Gathering For You?

Temple of Belonging tends to resonate with women who:

• are curious about belonging as a lived practice
• enjoy embodied learning, creativity, and nature
• value community that is participatory rather than performative
• feel nourished by ritual, conversation, movement, and shared meals
• are willing to show up with presence and care for the collective space

This gathering may not be the right fit if you are looking for a luxury retreat or a purely passive experience (even though the land and the space is indeed gorgeous!) Temple is a living village that asks each of us to participate in shaping the culture of the space.

Ticket Info & Community Support

All tickets are non-refundable, but if you can’t make it, you’re welcome to resell your ticket to a sister.

We believe in community care. A limited number of discounted tickets are available for BIPOC and Mothers who need financial support. If you are part of these communities and can pay full price, we kindly ask that you purchase a regular ticket so we can reserve the discounts for those who truly need them.

New this year: The ‘Village Support’ Ticket. If you have extra to give, this ticket helps fund scholarships and discounted tickets for sisters in need. This gathering is a non-profit model that requires support from the community and beyond to continue to serve and support in the ways that we do.

Thank you for being part of this gathering. Your presence, generosity, and care make this community what it is. We are honored to welcome you for another year of deep connection and belonging.
