I am an embodiment coach, shamanic practitioner, and artist supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies, pleasure, and inner wisdom. My work blends modern nervous system education with ancient practices rooted in Tantra, Taoism, and shamanic healing traditions. My coaching and facilitation offerings include private 1:1 sessions, group classes, and safe space holding at retreats and gatherings. These containers may include breathwork, movement, meditation, energy work, sounding, pleasure practices, and ritual — all in service of embodiment, self-trust, and aliveness. Alongside this work, I am a designer and creator of sacred tools and intentional garments, including snake-inspired pieces created as symbolic allies for transformation, power, and sensual self-expression. I also offer hands-on creative classes where embodiment and artistry meet, inviting participants to experience making as a pathway to presence, regulation, and intuitive knowing. At the heart of my work is the understanding that we are sensual beings who thrive through conscious connection, creative expression, and regular experiences of freedom and joy.
