I am a bodyworker, priestess, healer and teacher in Portland, OR.

I focus on helping you remember your belonging to yourself and the world. By healing ways in which you are disconnected from both your own truth and your place in the ecosystem of life, you begin to stand more fully in your body with a sense of ease, peace, and empowerment.

I help you reconnect with your body from a place of love and understanding, sourced from a rooted connection with the Earth’s rhythms, the plant spirits, and your wider spiritual Self. These connections help you recognize the true sacredness of your body as a spiritual landscape, interwoven with the magic of the Earth.

My School, The Golden Stone Wisdom School, is both a school and a community for sensitive, heart-centered souls who are awakening to their intuitive wisdom, and the animate earth.

We are guided by the wisdom of our bodies, our deep connection to the earth, the rhythms of nature, and the energy that is inherent in all things.

OFFERINGS:

One-on-one work: Intuitive bodywork, energy work, cranialsacral therapy, Maya Abdominal Therapy, plant spirit consultations, and Reconnection Sessions - spiritual guidance through an embodied, energetic, animistic lens.   

The Golden Stone Wisdom School offers classes and courses in Seasonal Healing, Earth Medicine, Plant Spirit Medicine, Embodiment, and Energy Tools.

Among other things, we have a 6 month immersion every Fall Equinox - Spring Equinox, and host monthly Plant Wisdom Circles where we ceremonial learn from the spirits of local, non-psychedelic plants.

I am the author of the Sacred Seasons Guidebooks, which offer seasonal wisdom to ground you within the rhythms of the Earth's cycles, helping you find both inspiration and profound belonging through the medicine of the wheel of the year. I now also have seasonal courses that pair with the books.
